Refund Policy

Our Guarantee

We stand behind Promethean Link. If you purchase a Promethean Link subscription and are not completely satisfied for any reason, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your initial purchase date, no questions asked.

This guarantee applies to both monthly ($5/month) and annual ($50/year) subscriptions on their first payment. It is not intended to be used as a "try-before-you-buy" subscription service; repeated purchases followed by refund requests may be declined at our discretion.

Important: Lemon Squeezy Is the Merchant of Record

All Promethean Link subscriptions are sold and processed by Lemon Squeezy (Lemon Squeezy, LLC), the merchant of record and authorized reseller. While Promethean Robotics LLC (the Operator) provides customer support, Lemon Squeezy is responsible for processing refunds. Refunds are issued to your original payment method and are governed by both this policy and Lemon Squeezy's terms.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please:

• Email support@promethean-link.com with your request;
• Include the email address associated with your Promethean Link purchase and your order number (available in your Lemon Squeezy purchase confirmation email);
• Briefly describe why you would like a refund (optional, but helpful).

We will review your request and, if it qualifies, submit it to Lemon Squeezy for processing. Refunds are typically issued within 5–10 business days after approval, to the original payment method used at purchase.

What the 30-Day Guarantee Covers

The money-back guarantee applies to the first subscription purchase only. It covers the full subscription fee for the initial billing period (whether monthly or annual) if requested within 30 days of the purchase date shown in your order confirmation email.

Subscription Renewals

The 30-day guarantee applies only to your initial purchase. After 30 days, or for any subsequent renewal charges (monthly recurring charges or annual renewals), the guarantee does not apply. However, you may cancel your subscription at any time to stop future renewal charges. No refund is issued for the current billing period if you cancel after the 30-day window closes.

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your Lemon Squeezy customer account or by emailing support@promethean-link.com. You will receive a confirmation, and no further charges will be made after the end of your current billing period.

Pro-Rated Refunds

We do not issue pro-rated or partial refunds for any portion of a subscription period outside of the initial 30-day guarantee. If you cancel mid-period after the 30-day window, your access continues until the end of the billing period; no refund is issued.

Chargebacks and Fraud

We ask that you contact us at support@promethean-link.com before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card issuer. Unauthorized chargebacks or fraud claims may result in immediate suspension or termination of your license key and account, and possible legal action.

Refund Exceptions

Refunds may be declined if:

• The request is submitted more than 30 days after the purchase date;
• A chargeback has already been filed;
• There is evidence of fraud or abuse (e.g., repeated refund requests);
• The license key has been used on more than the allowed number of devices or has been shared with others.

Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Effective date" and will apply to purchases made on or after the change date.
